The holistic and interconnected nature of the retreat (mind, physical, emotional, energetic) allows for the drastic energetic shift to occur. This manifests itself effortlessly into the reality of your world. Post the retreat the recalibration is evidently seen and undeniably felt in all areas of your life (e.g. weight, life style, withdrawal from addictions/attachments, pursuit of passion).

To evoke & ignite the feelings experienced through words is impossible. So if one desires for such miraculous magical encounters, do your self a favor and experience it! Rest assured one can’t possibly regret it- after all, its only 9 days of your life!! Nothing to lose but lots to gain is all I can say!

Before doing the level 1, I was struggling with many feelings of depression, anxiety, and feeling unloved and disconnected. The level 1 retreat was like a welcoming home, to the truth of who I was and the truth of this existence and our purpose here on Earth. It filled me with a sense of knowing and trust that everything is unfolding in the most magnificent way, in addition to equipping me with the daily tools I could use to be able to deal with any difficult emotions or situations I would encounter. Post-retreat, I feel I have more clarity about my life and more love in my heart. But the best part about doing the level 1 is the community you will be a part of moving forward, a community of beautiful souls who love and support you unconditionally. I have never felt more seen before, and I know that no matter what happens I am no longer going through this physical experience alone.

So Dira can convinced a young woman from a developing country with low resources to face her fears and travel and discover this place, and change her life. I had suicide thoughts since I was 7 years old and nothing that I did could make those thoughts go away, i was very depressive my whole life and i had a severe anxiety that made my life unbearable. After the retreat all of that changed and i have the tools to continue in my own path, and I don’t know how but I’m going to go again for level 2. People living in Oman should take this golden opportunity to be so close to do to Dira.

So, how to describe what has been a transformation of the very fabric of this experience we call life?! My choice would not be
words, but instead make you feel.
Make you feel the changes I feel, the turns for the better that I experience, the many doors almost forgotten that now open up
widely, the synchronicity of, well, life itself. But I would fall short. Because even if you will feel my words laden with gratitude for
realizing how close I am to the Divine Source, it would not be enough. Not nearly enough. The gem lies in experiencing it - and I
hope you will experince it too. And be changed forever.
I wish I could explain the taste of trust in the Divine Plan, the Heart pulsating in gratitude, the tremours of surrendering when
opening to receive nurturing - and the bliss of receiving it… I could perhaps say I am getting closer to the taste of being, with all
its life-changing flavours.
I came wanting material proof of change. The tears shed with trusted friends in my group. witness to it. The healing - oh, the
healing!! Back home, I realize that this is the gift that keeps om giving. Every day.
So yes, if you want proof, you will get plenty.
I hoped for healing, for questions answered, for experince to confirm it, for sustainable results back at home. I also wanted
practical tools that work. It’s all there - and heaps more. Oh, and the support received in Level 1 is heart melting.

This was my first DIRA retreat. I had no expectations when I have decided to attend even though deep down I knew it would be very deep. All the exercises were absolutely Divine and Lubna as a facilitator was magical. I didn’t exeprience any phisycal discomfort throughout the reatreat apart from tiredness.
