The Dira Detox recipes, Forums & Groups are available to Dira Members only.

The Dira Detox is a way to manage your energy by eliminating certain food categories that interfere with your energy system. These include meat, shellfish, eggs, soya, dairy, nuts, gluten, refined sugar, alcohol and tabacco.

We have included over 150 deliscious recipies to aid you on your journey, as the cleansing is a critical component of The Dira Method, and the detox forms a large part of the cleanse, in particular for the Level program.

By eating healthy, deliscious food, you will feel better almost immediately as a lot of items that cause inflamation and intolerences in the body are also eliminated. Although we do not recommend that you stay on a detox as a lifestyle, all of the recipies are deliscious enough to include in your life and regular menu.
