“Take a moment to ponder and reflect:
If I had no limitations,
What steps would I take?
What life would I live?
What beliefs would I let go?
Allow yourself to feel this,
As though the soul is pushing its way out
Stretching itself.
Making space for itself.
You start to feel your soul expanding
Becoming brighter, shining brighter,
Making its way through limitations that you once held that no longer serve you.
With every inhalation and exhalation, an expansion, pushing a boundary away from your body.
Breaking free of the shell of a belief you were caged in.
What life would you live
If there were no limitations?
No fears?
What would you do differently if you were unafraid?
Allow Our Light to guide you.
Just feel this freedom!
The burdens that you once carried dissolve into the ether.
As these burdens no longer need to sit on your shoulders, restricting you and weighing you down.
Allow yourself to be free.
Free of fears.
Free of limitations.
They are imprints in the mind,
You can let them go.
You say I call on freedom to be known to me.
Breathe into this vibration, and exhale. And you are free to shine,
To be who you were born to be,
Free.
What steps should you take?
What life should you make?
What chains should you break?
No longer living a life
Where you feel fake,
Untrue to the truth of who you are,
This shining, bright star.
Feel yourself expanding in this light.
Feel yourself experiencing this full delight,
As you allow yourself to experience the might
Of this liberation,
Free of false presentation,
Ready to take your station.
What life should you make?
And what chains should you break?
Free yourself from your cage for humanity's sake.
