This Agreement is BETWEEN the ABOVE named participant and the Company "Dira". Dira International Limited, and its affiliated companies (including but not limited to Dira Online LLC-FZ, Dira Publising Limited, Dira International Developments & Investments LLC, etc), the United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates, of 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT, UK and (hereinafter referred to as “DIRA” ). Each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”.

PREAMBLE

The Individual is participating in the Dira Level 5 program.
Dira is offering a facilitated program entitled to the individual, for which the individual may participate in to experience a Divinely guided program that consists of a series of activities and exercises.
All Dira protocols, sessions and training activities have been Channeled through the Dira practitioner and/or a part of the Dira Protocols.
We at Dira refer to universal consciousness as the Divine, but the energy has many labels. The belief that you are guided at all times by an energy greater than the ego, is at the core of Dira.
The individual is responsible for their own journey, the Dira practitioner merely helps facilitate, and it is incumbent on the belief that there is a power greater than the perceived self.

This Agreement, its execution, performance, and interpretation shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with laws of the United Kingdom. All Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of this website www.dirainternational.com are also applicable.

Article 1

Please complete below related to your intentions of the retreat.

Declaration of Intentions: I intend on experiencing, gaining and offering the following through my participation in the retreat.

Article 2

Waiver and Release of Dira for Responsibility and Liability

2.1 I release Dira and its affiliates of all liability and responsibility for any and all negative consequences that I may experience and endure including but not limited to physical, mental, emotional and spiritual consequences. Dira is relinquished of all of liability and responsibility of any affects, incidental or deliberate, that may have resulted from my participation in this program.

2.2 I am aware that I may experience intense amounts of energy, which may affect my health at all levels, and may have long term consequences. I am aware that the physical body will need to withstand the amount of vibration that will pass through the body, and that if there is any layer of resistance within the body, whether it be emotionally, or mentally, it can impact the physical body.

2.3 I also acknowledge that Dira practitioners are not medical doctors or mental health care professionals. I will rely on my own medical practitioner or mental health professional for advice for medical or psychological advice.

2.4 I acknowledge my responsibility to not participate in the program if I hold any form of resistance, and to withdraw from the program if I develop resistance during participation.

2.5 In consideration of the services, information, and support I have received, or will hereafter receive from Dira practitioners, I forever indemnify and hold harmless Dira, its shareholders, practitioners, employees, agents, students, any and all Dira members from all liability, claims, demands, actions, loss and damage arising out of my participation in this program.

2.6 This Release shall be effective and binding upon all Dira companies, heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns.

2.7 I have read this Release prior to signing and I understand its effect. I am aware that by signing this Release I am forever waiving certain legal rights, which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns may otherwise have had.

Article 3
Commitment to Service and Implementation

3.1 I agree to the prerequisite of offering service for my 'implementation' during the retreat as without giving I will not open up the channels to receive.

3.2 I commit to offer service to the community during the retreat.

3.3 I acknowledge that there must be the opening to allow the room for the reception of energy. And without the opening there will be congestion.

3.4 I acknowledge that the more that I give, the more I will receive.

4.1 I commit to be present and on time for the duration of the program. I acknowledge that no person's time is more important than another

4.2 I commit to show up on time and to attend the full hours of the program.

4.3 I commit to provide everything required for my partner's experience

4.4 I acknowledge and agree that I am available for the entire duration of the program as per my current awareness.

4.5 I am aware that this is a collaborative process

4.6 I accept that I am required to attend the entire program in order to ensure that I go through the full cycle of cleansing and energizing. Missing days or leaving early can have detrimental impact on your energetic system and leave you feeling raw

4.7 I commit to completing all of the requirements of the program

Confidentiality

5.1 For the purposes hereof, "Confidential Information" shall mean any information which Dira considers as proprietary and/or confidential including, but not limited to, all Dira training protocols, teachings, structure, exercises, curriculum, anything viewed and anything heard, all experiences of individual and other participating members are not disclosed to any internal or external parties.

5.2 The individual undertakes not to disclose or disseminate (or not cause to be disclosed or disseminated), whether directly or indirectly, Confidential Information to any third party, without the express prior to written authorization of Dira.

5.3 I acknowledge and agree that I may not disclose other people’s experiences to others during the program or outside of the program unless they give me written consent. Even if I witness a miracle, I may not discuss it unless the person has given me written consent.

5.4 I acknowledge and agree to treat all information received from and experienced at Dira whether stated confidential or not, as secret and confidential unless the same is already in public domain, and I acknowledge and agree that all information during the program is strictly confidential, whether it be protocols, experiences or personal information of the participants.

5.5 I acknowledge and agree not to use the confidential information for any purpose outside of Dira premises. There shall be no reproduction, reimplementation, reuse or teaching of all protocols discussed, downloaded and implemented during the program, including but not limited to any and all information shared between the Dira and the individual without written consent from Dira.

5.6 I acknowledge and agree that this is an individualized experience and although on presentation words are said or activities that take place, most of the work is energetically done without my conscious awareness, and therefore no words will be able to capture what actually occurred.

5.7 I acknowledge and agree that I will not record, film any of the program, or post pictures on social media without prior written consent from Dira AND the people in the photographs.

5.8 This confidentiality undertaking shall be valid indefinitely otherwise terminated by both parties in writing.

5.9 Dira assures you that we will not otherwise disclose your personal data to any third parties, unless we are obliged to do so by law or you have given your express consent to this.

Program Requirements

7.1 I am aware that the program consists of exercises. Some exercises will be done individually, some will be done in pairs, some will be done in groups, some will be physical, some mental, some emotional, and some will be with regards to the soul as you move through the journey.

7.2 The majority of the exercises will be done in channel of Divine energy, and it should be understood that in a space of “Oneness” it is possible to experience that which is beyond what the conscious mind is accustomed to.

7.3 I commit to completing all requirements of the program including the required channeling, physical exercises, detox and service implementation according to the Dira guidelines.

7.4 In addition to the guidelines from Dira, I have channeled the following that will enhance my individualised experience that relates to my type of detox, physical exercise or any other guidance from channel.

I have completed the required Pre-requisites for this Program, if any.

Article 8
Severability

8.1 All the provisions hereof shall be considered as separate terms and conditions.

8.2 In the event any such provision would be held invalid, prohibited or unenforceable by a court or other body of competent jurisdiction for any reason unless narrowed by construction, this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid, prohibited or unenforceable provision has been more narrowly drawn so as not to be invalid, prohibited or unenforceable;

8.3 The validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
