“Just take a moment to ponder and reflect:
If I had no limitations,
What steps would I take?
What life would I live?
What beliefs would I let go of?

Allow yourself to feel into this.
As though the soul is pushing its way out
Stretching itself.
Making space for itself.
You start to feel your soul expanding.
Becoming brighter, shining brighter
As it makes its way through these limitations that you once held that no longer serve you.
With every inhalation and exhalation you feel an expansion as though you are pushing a boundary away from your body.
This restriction, this shell that you were caged in, of a belief.

What life would you live
if there was no limitation?
No fear?

What would you do differently if you weren't afraid?
Allow this light to guide you.

Just feel this freedom.
And you see these burdens that you once carried lifted as they dissolve into the ether.
As these burdens no longer need to sit on your shoulders, restricting you and weighing you down.
Allow yourself to be free.
Free of fear.
Free of limitation.
That are all just imprints in the mind
And you can choose to let them go.

You say I call on freedom to be known to me.
Breathe into this vibration, and exhale. And you are free to shine.
To be who you were born to be
Free.

What steps should you take?
What life should you make?
What chains should you break?
No longer living a life
Where you feel fake,
Untrue to the truth of who you are,
This shining, bright star.

Feel yourself expanding in this light.
Feel yourself experiencing this full delight.
As you allow yourself to experience the might
Of this liberation.
Free of any false presentation.
Ready to take your station.
